8 week Mindfulness for Stress course starting 26th September 2019 at 7pm. 

Mindfulness for stress courses teach you how to boost your happiness and wellbeing, find new resources of resilience, joy and calm in your life and help you cope with stress, anxiety, fear and depression. 

Mindfulness for stress will teach you mindfulness, compassion and meditation and ways to apply them to your everyday life in a way that makes a difference.
